My Pillow Pets: Mr Bear

My Pillow Pets is the registered trademark name of an incredibly popular series of plush toys.  These weren't created by a major corporate team, but they began as the idea of a San Diego mother tired of picking up stuffed animals strewn all about her kids' rooms.  My Pillow Pet Mr. Bears are popular models that are fluffy, soft, and very popular among kids.  Starting out as a small company that only produced these toys for their stores, it has grown to have over 1,500 retailers in several different countries.  While My Pillow Pets just like Mr. Bear are mass produced now, there are still limits out there as this company will not use cheap materials and therefore will not take orders that push them beyond capacity to still produce an excellent plush toy.  So if you want to find the perfect well made gift that is still practical for children, then taking a look at Mr. Bear from My Pillow Pets is not a bad way to start at all.

There are actually three different designs of bears (if you count the Panda, even though technically they're giant raccoons) that are offered by My Pillow Pets, which include Mr. Bear, Icy Polar Bear, and Comfy Panda. However, usually when someone is simply referring to the basic My Pillow Pet Bears, the plush toy they are referring to is probably Mr. Bear. Mr. Bear comes in the conventional 11 and 18 inch sizes that most of these plush toys come in, and there are also My Pillow Pet Bear Backpacks. These are a stuffed animal until the Velcro on the stomach is released, then the My Pillow Pet Bear folds out into a comfortable pillow that can be used to relax, lay down and watch a movie, or take a nap. Bear Pillow Pets are comfortable, cuddly, and who doesn't love a good old fashioned teddy bear?
