A lot of people see different types of supplements, or other types of pills that claim to be the perfect quick weight loss diet. While some of these might aid in the weight loss process, they normally have to be paired with exercise and a proper diet. Other Fad Diets

Quick weight loss diets include all sorts of different things. For example, the grapefruit diet has a person eat mostly grapefruit to loose weight. Many studies have shown that grapefruit helps to loose weight because it is healthy, and it makes the body work really hard to break it down, burning extra calories.

Other diets that work on similar principals to the grapefruit diet is things like the cabbage diet or celery diet. Those are healthy foods, and you will probably loose weight on those for a while. The key is do you want to eat only those food for the rest of you life? I would highly doubt that.

Most people have there best success by combing a few techniques from all of these diets to create a customized, healthy weight loss plan that includes a good diet and exercise. That is probably the best quick weight loss technique of them all.
